Village Grown Folks

A monthly gathering where parents and caregivers of children of color connect, share, and recharge together.

Village Grown Folks: A Monthly Space for Parents and Caregivers

Village Grown Folks is a relaxed monthly meetup for parents and caregivers raising children of color. Every gathering makes space to build relationships, swap useful resources, join in an activity, and speak honestly about parenting, school concerns, and community issues. The goal is straightforward: a warm, safe setting where caregivers can support one another and have a good time. Raising children takes real effort, and no one should have to do it alone.
